so many weeks are passed, and i didnt conclude anything, im still there with my weight!! sometimes i take weight , other times i lose, an di calculated that , at the best , i can eat just 5-6oo kcals, if i wnat keep my weight costant , 500 if i wnat lose weight ...i eliminated parmisan and biscuits ad i told weeks ago and i eliminated corn flakes too ,
why can t i be normal??
