week up and weight check with tita
bring tita outside

breakfast : 20 gramms ( more or less) of cereals + tea
study
lunch : carots 100 gramms
14.00 lesson till 18.00
18.00 wash plates
dinne: 200 grams of carots + 2-300 gramms of zucchini+ 1 pear+ 25 gramms of parmisan ( 90.3 kcals)
count daily caolries
study
sleep early
in all this i have to study , buy parmisan, buy bananas, and then i think i can die , download film , and watch csi new york daily episode

back after a long...





my dog ate my appointments diary , the only thing remained is my blog.. you would say , buy a diary ... i say soon..
my new kcals target, is set at 500kcals,
but i cant keep like this, good new is that, i have foudna gym near to my home, actually it s near if i reach it with bike, next week-end i ll make the subscription , even if i dnt ve enough time to make all , with all exams i have planned, but ill go to gym , coz i am enough tired to make all this circus everyday starving, i ll go every week end , but i have to buy chain to bind bike... or ill not find it anymore after gym ,
im ahppy to make something new...
